The Girls' Circle is a small, supportive sex-education group for girls ages 8–9,
designed to give girls a developmentally appropriate, comfortable space to begin learning about their bodies, emotions, and upcoming changes—while also building confidence and connection with peers going through a similar stage of life.

Through ritual, and connection, Lula invites girls to explore the changes within them not as something confusing or shameful, but as something powerful, natural, and worthy of honor. Her work is inspired by the ancient ways of women gathering in circle—where knowledge is shared softly, laughter is medicine, and every question is welcome.
Lula is a trained psychologist with a master’s in education and psychology, and has spent the past 15 years working as a school counselor, integrating sex education into her social-emotional teachings with care and intention. As the oldest daughter, she was raised in a home where curiosity was honored and conversations about the body were approached with honesty and respect—an early foundation that now informs the grounded, safe, and open circles she creates for others.
In her circles, there is space for wonder, for learning, for sisterhood, and for the quiet magic that happens when girls realize they are not alone. Lula believes that when we mark these transitions with intention and community, we help plant seeds of self-trust, body awareness, and lifelong connection to the sacred rhythms within.
She is honored to walk alongside each girl as she begins to discover her own inner voice, her own strength, and her own unique kind of magic.
